"While I was making my order online of an njoy pothos and a venus fly trap, I had a couple of questions, and they responded very quickly on their chat box on the website. It took a little over a week to get my first order, but they provided tracking information as soon as it shipped. When I got it, I had received a beautiful caladium and the flytrap, but not njoy pothos. I told them about the slight mix up on the chat box on their website, and they immediately got back to me super apologetic and sent the pothos out the very next day, priority shipping, no charge. I got it in the next day! Shipping and packaging was a little rough on the plants, but after a couple of days, everyone has bounced back and are doing great!! I will definitely be ordering from them again! I recommend them to anyone looking to add to their collection of plant babies."
