"After reading the plethora of fantastic reviews for this place, I hightailed it over there...only to find an Appointment Only sign on the window. Bummer, right? Well, since I was right there, I decided to call the number on the sign and see where that got me. I'm still mildly astonished and delighted to say that it got me in the door! The owner, a really wonderful fellow just bursting with knowledge and integrity, was very pleasant and also inside the shop so in I went! Not only was he thorough and tactful during his examination of the coin I had brought in, he offered me a price that I felt was excessively fair and more than reasonable. Though I have limited experience with coins and everything involved, I'm fairly confident in saying that I know I got dealt with more fairly and honestly here than anywhere else I could have gone locally.
