"I love this store My Mother and I go all the time! That’s why I was shocked today with lack of kindness and customer service today by Estella….. Last week my Mum bought a hat ($14) and 4 pairs of cheaters (all $8 each). She paid cash. When we got home, she had a pair of earrings in her bag that were $36. She did not bring these to checkout, somehow they ended up with her purchases and she paid for them. I called the store immediately, they were so nice, they said no problem, just bring receipt and all items back, they’d refund her $36. Today when we went back Estella gave a very hard time….ALL SALES FINAL! she insisted. I explained nicely and she kept it up, gave me a lecture on being more careful next time, was very rude and she was visibly angry with me. I was horrified. Hope this lady isn’t like this to everyone. I was really shocked!"
"Has lots of cute accessories - jewelry, purses, even house decor - at an incredibly affordable price. Quality is great too, I've never had issues despite the inexpensive price. Highly recommend for any jewelry from costume to delicate."
"It is a fantastic place to get very inexpensive item that look expensive. Buy from the cases. I love the tables, they have shoes on the feet of them lol. The bags they sell there can be monogram for free but it takes 3 days so plan ahead."
