Just mean We literally called and gave them the part number they confirmed it was in stock and we were in route and told him we would be there exactly at 5 PM which we were and we watched the guy lock the door and walk away as we walked up. "Horrible service. Ordered a part early in the morning. Supposed to be transfered from Tampa to Clearwater next day. Called to verify part was in Clearwater. The person I got on the phone was nice until I decided to cancel my order. I asked about the refund since I already paid. He said it wasn't charged. I look on my bank statement while he was on the phone and mentioned it had been charged.... I said my cards been charged. Then the attitude from him started. I hung up immediately.
