"Horrible Service Customer service agent and Manager.. James- Customer service agent Vivian- Store Manager Store # 05670 I went into the store and purchased five products out of the five products I left one behind. I called to state that I had left one of the items behind which they acknowledged. I asked them if they can please pull the product and hold it for me that I was on my way to pick it up. I was told they could not do that and could not hold the product... I said to them I don't understand if I paid for the product why would you put it back on the shelf and why can't you pull it and hold it for me?. James & Vivian told me they could not pull or hold anything for me. I went into the store 2 hours later when I arrived I saw there was a small line of people waiting to be serviced.. it turned out to be that there was another customer that had the same situation but they prior... Well here's the good part ,what I was told couldn't be done for me was actually taking place at that very moment I arrived, when I confronted James and ask them why could they do that for somebody else and not for me he stuttered and offered to go ahead and get it for me at that time which I then refused and asked for a refund.. I requested to speak tonthe Manager (Vivian) she went in circles trying to justify exactly what she knew she has done wrong... So I decided to call corporate report both employees for their misconduct."
"I wanted to report hard plastic inside a piece of cake I got at the bakery (thank goodness I didn't swallow it or they'd have a lawsuit on their hands). There might have been more pieces, and I thought they might want to pull the pieces that were on display, but nobody ever answered the phone in the bakery or on the "operator" line, so good luck to anyone eating cake from this Walmart bakery!"
