It is a shame that one employee can ruin the brand and be the face of a company. As a business owner myself, I find it a responsibility to share unjust behavior. As a notary service was requested,a young hispanic lady maybe in her 30's decided to read through every personal detail of a financial affidavit to bluntly refuse service and pass judgement. Her lack of professionalism stood out clearly. A person such as herself should be restricted from notary services and should be aware that the services being rendered were for an attorney and made aware. Everyone in the area, local bank and UPS were shocked that Amscot would act in such a way. What a way to stand out in our small town."
