"I used to love this banking institution before covid. But now they don't care about their customers and without their customers they wouldn't even exist. I hired a tax lawyer to do my taxes. I gave him $750 down, needless to say he didn't ever do my taxes I put a dispute in and in the end I never got my money back. I even have a contract stating what services he was supposed to supply. I own a business if I don't complete work i don't get paid and if my bank can't do what other banks can then apparently i have the wrong bank. Nothing is worse then your bank not protecting your hard earned money. This isn't the 1st time it's happened either. I work to hard for my money for an institution to not be able to protect that money. I will never recommend nor use this bank again."
