"Had a wonderful experience with Roberto and Lourdes at Roberto’s. 27 year old wedding ring (custom designed), and due to wear and tear; the bottom of the ring fractured. Roberto’s evaluated, tested gold, re-sized, made gold match on replacement piece (14k), and asked for us to leave ring for a few days . Four hours later we got a call and it was done.
