"Bought charms and bracelet during holidays , bracelet broke after 2 days of purchase ! Go to the store they tell me they no longer have that bracelet available and asked me to call consumers affairs which I did and they said only the store can exchange for new one or work with me to get me a new bracelet ! So now here I am , charms no bracelet ! Manager doesn’t show face , I asked to speak to manager the employee went in the back and came back with just a hand written note to call consumers affairs . This had been the worst experience of my life ."

"horrible customer service and rude employee went today around 8:30 I was just there to ask if they had one ring and if not I would leave and the girl didn’t even let me finish and said they didn’t have time to take me in and that they had a line and the store closed off when the line was 2 families and they were just finishing with one the girl talking to me had such a horrible attitude talking to my mom and basically kicked us out at 8:30"

"I went to this location to get a couple bracelets cleaned and to purchase more items. And was told they don’t do cleaning this month because it’s Christmas I have never heard that all my years of coming to Pandora and I just got another item cleaned a few days ago at the west palm location. These workers at this location is lazy and every month they have an excuse of why they not doing cleaning. Because of that they missed out on a big purchase I will drive 2 hours out to another location. This store will be going down if they don’t get it together. I wish I didn’t have to leave a star because the rating is negative 0."

"I was treated in a horrific manner when approaching a sales person at this location I feel beyond dissapointed the way the sales person and the manager approached my situation about a ring exchange they made things way more difficult than they should I was just trying to exchange a ring and i went to the coconut point location before and they did not help.This store is a waste of time and so are the sales people and the managers had a rude tone and not helpful at all.Truely a waste of time do not go here"

"Horrible service the manager does not take things serious , the service in general is extremely dissapointing they also discriminate aganist race and age and for little details they disregard and not take a whole situation serious ,they do not take cleanings seriously and lie to costumers that it takes 24 hours but they are just too lazy to do the cleanings , the language barrier is also extremely exhausting and confusing everytime i go to this store I feel extremely dissatissfied and I hate being lied to as a costumer and treated poorly just because of my race and age never go here if u want to be disgusted by how poorly they treat you"
