"THE WORST! i never leave reviews but this was the worst experience i’ve ever had!! both places in the mall have the worst customer service and no help at all, unclear prices, they make up prices on the spot with their calculator depending on how you look. my brother went there asked for the same thing and we both got different prices he got cheaper i got the more expensive… asked if something small can be fixed they were gonna charge almost 90 for something i did at home… never again. horrible experience! there are plenty of other out there! look else’s where walked over to the other site right next to it to see if they can do something so small they were gonna charge me around 100 for a small change just making it flatter and the man started acting rude and telling me to give them the chain all i asked can you please be careful it’s very special it’s s dead relatives please be careful and they started being very rude and started to get loud and threw what i bought on the counter and left then the other lady w red hair walked over so fast like she was gonna try and hurt me and kept saying he’s not yelling, im not gonna argue w you do you want it or not!!!! and they both were being very rude saying what i had was not even work 100 and degrading me in their store in front of customers, i walked out very disappointed and this is why i will never buy again from them!"
