"Had a terrible experience today applied online and after a hard time verifying my identity I had to go into the branch in person and submit documents. Was promised a call back and never received one, and I called several times to check status and never got an answer from this branch. My fiancé also had the same trouble and was being charged monthly since her application was submitted online. Was told to deposit money in her account and after we deposited the money we were told we cant use the card until we set up direct deposit! Very unprofessional, very dismissive, and rude. Will never be back or recommend anyone bank with GTE."
