"My husband and I have received very poor customer service from this location. The agents are slow to respond to us. They refused to give us a lower price even though we’ve been a customer with them for a year and a half. We’ve needed to be refunded from this company TWICE because the agents enrolled our account for auto pay even though we didn’t sign up for that. So, that month TWO insurance payments were deducted from our account. This month we were charged even though we CANCELLED last week. Why do they still have us on auto pay?? I can’t figure it out because I can’t get in touch with anyone to help us. Now they told us it will take three weeks to MAIL a refund and the refund amount isn’t correct. The neglect and lack of care has pushed us to cancel because we can’t afford this policy anymore. It is also VERY discomforting talking to INSURANCE agents that are not receptive, especially during a pandemic. Since talking to Vladimir and Anastasia, who have both told us that they aren’t our agent even though they both work at the location we are insured from, we have found a cheaper policy with a different insurance company. That cheaper policy is $130 less than what Infinity was charging us. I would NOT recommend this location. They are a very poor representation for Infinity."

"I was pleased by the service at this agency . Agent "Russ" / Rokas sold me the policy over the phone . It took a few minutes and I bought it without even leaving my house. Russ explained me the coverages very professional . When I bought the policy I knew exactly what my policy covers and what it doesn't . The most important , he keeps providing an excellent service and if I need to make any changes on my policy I always can count on him. If he is busy when I call , I leave him a voice message or text him on his cell phone and he always returns my calls back the same day. Sometimes when there is an emergency I contact him directly on to his cell phone and he helps me after the working hours. Also, I bought insurance through him for my 2 properties, one is my personal residency and the second is my rental property . Last but not least, Russ is very friendly .
