"I hate Achieva Credit Union in Saint Petersburg branch !! I had a zelle scam that happened to me on September 21st , 2022 and this scammer tricked me saying that my account was hacked and I unfortunately fell prey to giving my account information and the scammer stole my $2,700 out of my account . I called and even went out to achieva, they told me to file a police report but nothing helped. They sent me two letters in the mail stating that they will not refund me the money due to zelle and my mistake for giving out my information. I was and still am beyond FURIOUS with achieva for not helping me when they are FDIC insured. I closed out my account with them and will never go back!! Also a lady named Diedre Gress gave poor customer service. Screw them!!"

"This is my favorite financial institution / credit Union by far! The customer service and experience that you get from the moment you walk into the door makes you feel wanted and valued as a customer. I have never had an issue getting personal loans or opening up accounts here and even recently decided to invest money in CD accounts through an IRA, they were extremely knowledgeable and educated me during the process. Veronica was Phenomenal and Jerri also at my local branch deserves extra kudos as well as the entire team!!"

"I love my credit union. We have been through so much together! The St Pete branch is great. They have two drive-through ATMs and two drive-through teller windows. Members can do coin exchange with no surcharge inside. The staff are great, I've seen some of them for so many years now that it's like seeing a friend or family member every time the smiles hit our faces. They have good loan rates and they can do almost everything a gigantic multinational corporate bank can do, but with a more personal approach. Achieva is local to Pinellas and is an active member of the community. Unhappy with your bank? Trust me, come to Achieva."

The tellers are always nice, the waits are seldom very long, and the one time I had an issue, customer support was lovely and very helpful. They even made the loan application process fairly easy and gave a good rate, so I'd definitely recommend them!"

"Local community bank offering the typical services that you would expect. It’s in a convenient location and offers good security and peace of mind both inside and out. The bank tellers are very nice and cordial. I’m happy with their services overall. If they had no fee checking I’d never leave."
