"Heidi helped my daughter and I find 2 rings and a bracelet we love. She was so sweet. They sized it down for free and gave us a reasonable price for all three items. The only negative thing I will say is when I returned 2 days later to pick up the resized ring I stood there for quite a long time and not one of the employees even acknowledged my presence. Several even walked right past me and didn't make eye contact. I'd recommend some work on this, but otherwise happy and I will return."
