"Manager treated me incredibly disrespectful. It took 20 minutes to cash my money order. I was questioned as if I was a criminal and the way I was treated at this place of business was incredibly unprofessional. When I called to complain to manager it was same girl who proceeded to tell me she was the manager and spoke over me instead of listening to my complaint. I had to tell her I'd call the corporate line. I'm awaiting call back as I could only leave a voicemail on corporate line."

"I went to send money via western union. I already filled out online and just had to complete the transaction. The employee Phillip barely acknowledged me as he continues to try to help someone else try to fill it out manually on paper. That was no issue has he acknowledged me. Then when it was my turn Phillip had an acrimonious attitude for some unknown reason. I was kind and professional to him regardless, but it was probably the worst customer service I’ve witnessed."
