"The Mother’s Day flowers my brother sent to our mother were sadly wilted when they were delivered on Saturday. By the next day, Mother’s Day, the roses were shriveled and dead. I left an email with out concerns, but never heard from anyone."

"I live in Michigan and My Mom lives in Mount Dora, FL. I got in a pinch when I realized it was My Mom's Birthday and I hadn't sent her anything. I called this shop late in the day and they were extremely friendly and willing to put in a late order and deliver it to My Mom that same day even though their delivery truck was already out. They saved Me from looking like a bad daughter! Lol. I truly appreciate and recommend them!! Also, My Mom sent Me a picture and the flowers were beautiful."

"I live out of state and placed an order online. I'm glad there was a delivery made in comparison to other one-star reviews, but the product received was unacceptable. My brother has advocated that the order be remade and redelivered. If that is not fulfilled I will reach out for a refund."

"Yesterday my fiancé sent me flowers for our anniversary from here and they were absolutely perfect! He always sends me flowers from time to time and we just moved to Mount Dora and this is by far the best arrangement I have received. He stated there were a lot of nice options on the site but one option was to let the staff create it based on the occasion and that’s what he chose . I was shocked how full the vase was! Usually flower places on the site push all the flowers to the front for the site picture and then the actual arrangement is a disappointment(not this place!) The arrangement came ice cold which I’ve never seen unless store bought not delivered. I never open the door unless I’m expecting someone so they knocked and I checked the door bell camera to see the flowers as they waited in their vehicle to make sure someone got it (props to no contact during a pandemic) . I will have to check myself how far out they deliver to send my mom some because these are to die for. The directions for care were great even to place something below which reminded me I didn’t want it wetting the granite."
