"Been a customer for 15 years. I wouldn't change for anything. They have recently just got even better. As a senior, I get free checking and savings. No minimum balance required. They have just recently started to make your Social Security direct deposit available the day they received it. I would normally get my check this month on December 4th. My Social Security check was available on November 31st. Nice. Another new feature is is you have an overdraft they give you until the next to put the money in your account to cover the overdraft before they will charge a fee. Definitely worth checking Fairwinds Credit Union out."

"Disappointed in Orange City branch drive-thru today 11/8. All 3 lanes were open with cars backed up all the way to parking area. Sat in line at least 20 minutes before processing a simple deposit. Inside just as backed up. Hire more tellers or something!! Very disappointed in wait time for a Wednesday. Normally not this bad."

"I had visited the drive thru branch in Orange Cit to make a savings deposit yesterday, but had recieved a rejection error slip "unable to accept cash deposits" I went into the branch with my completed deposit slip. The kind professional teller genuinely apologized and explained. The reason was my deposit accounts was only set up for primary checking and not my savings account and said no worries "I can set this up for you, it'll take about 24 hrs" quick and easy for you to have for future reference, you will be able moving forward do make your saving deposits via Drive Thru ATM's. Great Service!! My teller helped me with my deposits to both my saving and checking accounts. I ONLY wished, I had writte her name down,She was a very nice young lady with curly mid length hair who wore qglasses with a welcoming smile and willingness to help!
