"This is the worst credit union out there. Please choose another bank. This bank doesn’t care about their customers at all. I only used this account as a secondary account but man, wellsfargo and chase are way better. I just closed my account and good riddance! They need to go out of business just like Navient. Just straight crooks. Serves them right for having a 2 star review. Sad, because with how awful the reviews are you would think corporate or whoever owns this institution would care more about customer satisfaction. Beware!"

"Sadly, I am a long time customer of this bank. (not for much longer). It is clear they do not care about their customers or their service, I mean, look at all the other reviews. They are all true. Several years ago when I joined this credit union, it was different. The staff at that time was friendly, cooperative, willing to help etc. Pretty much what you would want from a credit union. Then some change in staff occurred and its been straight downhill from there. Not to mention, the only branch in the area, closest next is Jacksonville. ATM is a joke, and most other credit unions don't even do shared branching with them anymore. This place is horrendous, don't come here."
