"I sent my 21 year old son there to have his chain repaired that belonged to his late dad. Other places told him it would cost over $100 for a gold clasp. When he arrived, they told him the similar story but that if they were able to just tighten it, then there’s no charge. Well, all it needed was a little tightening! And he is so happy. "I was passed down a breathtaking ID bracelet from my late aunt on my 18th birthday. I couldn’t wear it as often as I liked because I’m a massage therapist so wearing anything on my wrists while massaging is a no no. So it sat in a jewelry box not getting the attention that it deserved. Well, I decided one day to have it turned into a necklace. Did my research beforehand because the bracelet is over 30 years old & I wanted to make sure it would be handled delicately & with love.
