"Went in to buy a silver wedding band. The sales lady showed me a few options saying they were all silver. I decided on one of the rings but the next day after examining the ring a little. I saw that right on the inside, it said stainless steel. I was literally lied to about the material it was made out of. I went back to return the ring but was told they don't accept returns. Buyer beware!!! EDIT: Thank you for doing the refund. As mentioned in store, I was not looking for any freebies but thanks for the offer. I wish you guys reconsider your "no refund" policy rather than having people resort to google reviews in order to get a refund. Thank you again, update to 3 stars for the easy exchange after a bad review was made."

"Edit to address owner reponse: Don’t SELL A PRODUCT YOU CANT GET and then you wouldn’t have had to pay shipping 3 times (nothing to do with me at all). Also, our “special order” was literally a wedding band on your shelf. And, you didn’t offer any kind of discount for your bait & switch behavior. Buyer beware, don’t get dragged along and then treated like we did. Worse experience I have ever had. Save your time and money. I ordered a ring here and it was expected to arrive within 8 weeks per the receipt. Every time I called to follow up on my ring they never knew what was purchased. I had to explain every single time the item I purchased with them which was concerning. On the 8th week they tell me the wrong item was sent twice. And that next week they should have the right one. Called again on week 10 to tell me the ring I ordered came in wrong again from their wholesaler. Frank the owner did not bother to even provide us with a discount for THEIR MISTAKE. He told sales rep to tell us to take it or leave it after stringing us along for two and half months. This was unjustifiable. It was a nightmare to deal with these people. Never returning."
