"I paid for a premium flower set for my 2nd year anniversary with my wife. What I received is nothing like it was pictured and it is missing flowers, and much much smaller than shown. It is impossible to call and get ahold of someone. Line always hangs up when called and says BUSY. Figured it was worth while to order from a local florist instead of one of the big names to bring business to small businesses but it'll be the last time I order flowers through The Nature Shop."

"They participate in 1800flowers. What I ordered was not as the picture showed. Less flowers were used, looking more like the small version, wrong vase was used. Flowers were not arranged nicely. I gave them a chance to do them over but I don't think the designer cared. On the 2nd go around, there were more flowers but still wrong vase and colors used."
