"I shopped here tonight. No cashier open. Only two self pay checkouts. While im scanning and bagging my groceries, there are two employees standing around right there next to me talking about personal stuff. They are being paid to watch you have to work and do their old jobs. If I got hurt while bagging my groceries I’m sure their workers comp would not cover me. Stop with this nonsense already and bring back the cashiers instead of letting them stand around doing noting at all. Customers shouldn’t be expected to work for free."

"Terrible customer service. When to the paint department yesterday around 2pm to ask some simple questions regarding paint options on a home repair project. Spoke with Charvin at the paint counter. She did not want to be bothered. She had a terrible attitude and was very rude. I had a cart full of items. I left it all there and went straight over to Lows about 3 minutes away. I went over to their paint counter and spoke to Nichole. Within minutes we had all my questions answered, paint matched and even gave me some creative suggestions. What a world of a difference. This Home Depot location really needs to work on their customer service."
