"Took my ring in there for the 1st time to have sized up with thicker band, but when I went to pick up the band was not thick as I wanted but sized so I took it. Then band bent again so took back to have sized down and gold added to band again, but when I went back to pick up, it was not again what I described to him and looked bent. So I told him this was my second time bringing ring and still was not right. He said hold on a second and brought me back my ring in two pieces and pretty much told me by. I didn't take my ring there in two pieces. I can't believe he did that! Would never recommend this Jewelry store, they are awful.Good thing I never gave them any money."

"Sent my rings in for repair of cracks in the ring band as well as loose stone setting. They had it for two weeks. after seven days of wear, I noticed that the same stones were yet loose again, and this time the entire ring was bent across the top due to failed housing. When I returned to the store and requested repair, Mr. day jumped on the defensive and is refusing my service even though I provided the original receipt. Totally rude, disrespectful, and distasteful to a paying customer. I just wanted my jewelry fixed. This all goes back to making sure you’re providing great service. If you have a person bringing in merchandise for repair. It is your duty to fully inspect for any damage and then make the necessary adjustments. He acted like I wanted it fixed for free. I have been purchasing jewelry from here for the last two years. I called the police he literally had me trespassed. I didn’t do anything wrong to these people. If I was white, he would’ve never done that."
