Taylor turned everything around for me she was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. "I went to the mall to have some work done to my jewelry but the kiosk was closed. I happened to stumble onto this place when I was leaving the mall and I am so glad I did! My stuff is nothing compared to the fine stuff they sell or the things other customers bought and rated but they still treated my stuff like it was their own. They added an extra gold loop for the clasp on my necklace and bracelet, replaced the silver for gold on my jade pendant, cleaned my necklace for free while they wrote up paperwork and also verified that the jade was real. Very very happy with this company and will definitely be back in the future!"
