"I usually don’t do a lot of reviews but I had to on this experience! I had been screwed over by another local flower shop the other day and they completely forgot my flower delivery for me and my wife’s anniversary and I didn’t get notified till the last minute! This was such a important delivery for me and I only had a small time window the flowers could be delivered! I panicked and was so upset and realized I had no other options cause there was barely anytime left for flowers to be delivered in time. I tried anyways and was calling around asking for a miracle from multiple florists but they all said there was no way they could make it happen that day by 5pm. I just decided to give up and then I came across Blumenladen and I decided to give it one last try but I knew they wouldn’t be able to do it.. Well let me say from the minute they answered and i explained my dilemma they told me relax and that they would do whatever it takes to make this happen for me and I couldn’t belive it! The owners literally stayed open way past closing time put together a amazing arrangement way better then I was planning on from the other place and they personally got in there car and drove it to my wife’s work and delivered them right on time. I was blown away and my wife was so happy and felt very special and all her co workers got to see her experience how happy she was! These guys saved my day and my marriage and really made our anniversary extra special!! I highly recommend this flower shop for any floral needs you have ! Best quality and amazing customer service !"
