"I usually take my grandmother shopping, however this time I wasn't able to help her due to a phone call I needed to take. By the time I walked in my grandmother was checking out. I asked my grandmother who helped her she said a young lady named Ash, now my grandmother has her "moods" and it takes a very patient person to deal with her. I just want to say a big Thank You!"

"Publix is usually helpful, but not this one. I bought a salad and tried to get a fork from the utensil dispenser. The forks were stuck and would not dispense. I asked the lady serving hot food. She told me to wait and finished the customer in front of her. Another came up and she took care of him. I went to pay and when I got to the car, I told my daughter that the lady wasn't pleasant and did not stop to get me a fork. She said she asked for a spoon since the dispenser was out and the lady told her that she could go get a spoon from the soup area. She said none were there. Shopping was definitely not a pleasure here at Britton Plaza Publix. Get it together and replenish."
"I won’t be back! Because of your manager ash! Comes up to a guest “is it this one?!” I Hurd and needed the help so I said “me”with polite smile No smile or politeness back; just a smelly face and nasty attitude! Expecting a polite “how can I help you” instead I get a “what is the issue?” No issues just wanted a discount but the customer service was horrible and I will be telling my friends and family about her!"
