"I had a gold anklet whose chain had snapped. I initially took it to Jared’s and asked them to repair the chain and shorten it by an inch. They charged me $60, took over a week to “fix” and didn’t shorten it. I didn’t notice until i had already left and put the anklet on. It also ended up snapping again less than 2 weeks later. I took it to Karadema because i had gotten a bracelet fixed here a few years ago. They called me within an hour on the same day to tell me they were already finished, and when i arrived they even took out a ruler to show me they had shortened it like i asked. On top of that, they charged me less than Jared’s did and they cleaned it for me. Karadema was such a seamless and wonderful experience, so efficient and the ladies inside were so kind. I’m super happy to keep supporting this independent local business, i will not be needing to go anywhere else for future jewelry needs. Thank you guys so much and happy new year! ❤️"
