"If I could give 0 stars I would. I came all the way to find this place. Walked in there was some lady cleaning the jewelry and I asked if I can sell my gold jewelry necklace and gold earrings, she asked do you have them with you I replied YES I do. Next when she saw she referred me to go to a pawn shops that’s nearby. I asked her if that’s the case why don’t you guys put that on your store. She just looked at me. Told me to go away. It was very rude of her and shouldn’t talk to customers that way. This was my worst experience and this was my first and last time going there."

"I ask to get done a custome piece and it took 3 weeks longer than expected plus when it was done the piece that I order it was totally different as the one that I want it. If I have the option of giving them 0 stars I will. Never will do business with them ever again."

"I cannot speak for it about any of these other reviews. I came into a bind and took some gold to sell. The price was fair and it was an easy transaction with cash in hand. I decided to work out a consignment deal WITH A HANDSHAKE on 2 other watches I had. After a month, neither watch had sold so I went to pick one up. I received that watch with zero issues and it was right in the case. The second watch I was told was at his jewelry maker getting a battery (common for stores not to be able to replace batteries on higher end pieces on the spot) and told me to give him a week. I have him the week and when I called he said a guy came in and out it in layaway. He asked for another week or so to get the payment and he’d would give me our agreed upon amount. Unfortunately, 2 days later, we all went on a stay at home order. Alex asked me to hold off until it was over and I very hesitantly did. Come time for the order to be lifted I called and Alex told me I could pick the money up Thursday. I tried to call on Wednesday to confirm and he did not answer. I spoke to his sister and I grew even more skeptical. She asked me to call the following day as he was gone for the day and reassured me I wasn’t be taken for a ride. Come Thursday I called and Alex was with customers. His sister once again spoke to me and told me to come in on Friday and she would see to it the Money was there and waiting. I went in today (Friday ) and sure enough, they were extremely polite (regardless of my skepticism) and there was an envelope with the cash in it waiting on me. I can say I now know Alex was just busy and not playing games. I will be returning with a few more time pieces I wouldn’t mind displaying for sale. As for the phone, number , his cell phone is what is listed on google. Be sure to get a business card and the store number is in it."

"Never again, paid fully for a gold necklace charm, was told it would be there in 3 business days and after going there to pick up the 4th Saturday in a row with more and more excuses every time, I asked for my full refund. And on top of that the crooks charged me a fee for my refund!!! Excuse me for wanting the money I gave you 5 weeks ago back! 0 stars!"
