"I’m standing here with money burning a hole in my pocket and nobody wants to help. I went to the front and asked they talk to someone on a walkie talkie and nobody came. Standing here as several employees walk by looking like they have some where important to go and don’t even look in my direction. I give up. Shouldn’t be this hard. Edited to add that their refurbished electronics are junk. Bought a Mac book refurbished. Bought it as a Christmas present. 2 week return policy. The thing runs hot and barely functioning. Can’t return because I bought it in November for a present. Don’t waste your money. Hope some new electronics companies come to this area to spend my hard earned money at."

"I would’ve given them a 5 for being open till 7pm on Xmas eve and for getting my online order fairly quick. But I’ll give them a 2 because the greeter guy at the door was super friendly and animated. They were also giving out pepper mints. I went in to pick up and the greeter sent me to the pick up station and there was no line. At the register there was a short line with about 2 people. So there was a guy at the pick up organizing. I tried to get his attention but didn’t happen. He left. Few people walking coming and going and it was like I was invisible. This really aggravated me. One thing is to wait but be acknowledged and have someone say, we’ll be right with you and another is to be completely ignored. So Xavier walked by and I asked for help and he told me I had to wait for one of the men in the registers to become available. I was like “um, did you see the line?” Because at this point the line had gotten long! So I said, if I had known I would’ve gotten in a register line before 10 more people got in line. Xavier had no facial reaction, he was just like, ok. Didn’t offer any asístanse. So I asked him again saying, I’m o my picking up I have the bar code and I’ve already paid, you’d just have to hand me something. He hesitated but finally gave in and did it. I was very annoyed. Other Best Buy’s I’ve been to there are several people at the pick up area."

"Although I don't need help picking PC parts, I will say their selection is better than any other retail store. This is the only physical store that I would buy PC parts from. Typically I would prefer Newegg or another eCommerce site. The staff is polite and the checkout lines go by really fast."

"Great store with the best staff. Very knowledgeable and quick to help with any questions or pointing you in the right direction. Most recently I stopped in for a quick trade-in and pickup of my Google Pixel 8 Pro pre-order. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes and I was set. You guys are great. Highly recommended!"
