Flower Fantasy

"We received a cluster of dead or near dead stems and flowers in a plastic dollar store container filler to the brim with water and these horrible looking things floating in it. The leaves were dead and wilted. This was sent from a dear friend in Chicago to express sympathy after my mother in laws passing . Apparently they were wired from a very reputable florist in Chicago and when I sent pictures they as we were appalled. Now after finding out where they came from in palm harbor with a 1.2 star this makes perfect sense however whoever gave that was more that generous . I would give the a .1 for the address being correct because our name was not. Please save your money if you are ordering from her it’s so tragic."

"My girlfriend just sent us flowers. She always checks to make sure that there are no carnations, since they are a flower I do not like at all whatsoever. She specifically called the florist to ensure that no carnations would be on the bouquet that she was ordering. She also ordered them to be delivered on a specific day since we are having Greek Easter celebration on Sunday, she wanted them delivered on Saturday so they would be fresh for Sunday. They were delivered today. Two days before the expected delivery date. She called the florist to express her unhappiness, and they literally argued with her The customer is always right does not apply in this instance. They did not comply with anything at all that she requested. Do not order from this company."

"It was our first year anniversary... and we're disappointed and just astounded this company could even let a display like this leave their store. For $150 my husband ordered: 1) Morning delivery 2) Deluxe sized flowers in what very much appears to be a glass vase. *see photos 3) A box of Chocolate 4) A stuffed teddy bear 5) A love note What we received (&sent back!!) 1) Dead bloomed lilies 2) Less than 10 roses - not even a dozen.... 3) Chocolate I couldn't even read ingredients for. 4) A Bear on a stick from the dollar tree (see the ribbon tangled everywhere too?) 5) A plastic vase. 6) 6 PM delivery..... 7) A hand written note I could barely read. It took an entire week to get our money back and was such a problem. They didn't even see where the issue was."

"This is absolutely the worst flower shop you could ever deal with. Not only did they double and triple charge my debit card, they did not deliver in a timely manner. Someone from the location ran my card so many times that the bank thought it was fraudulent and put a hold on my card. They delivered the flowers to the person I was sending flowers to, and then showed back up at the persons house and told them that the flowers were not for them and then took the flowers back from them. At that point they reran a separate card of ours. And said they would re-deliver the flowers. They brought back the flowers and the special note. I hope you look at the pictures of how horrible the flowers turned out and wait to you see the card that they wrote. They are super unprofessional and rude. Find any other flower source you can. These guys are the worst!"
