"I’ve ordered arrangements from this shop multiple times over the last 3 years. Always been great until today. I called at 10:30 am and asked if they could get an arrangement to my wife’s work for her birthday before they close at 3 pm. Her work is only 0.8 miles away from the shop and was told that this was not possible. Admittedly I should’ve planned better, but was disappointed as a returning customer that they couldn’t squeeze in this request."

Nancy was most helpful with the order, and customizing it as per colors the recipient likes and even suggested I can come pick up to save on $$ since I was not sure when the friend would be home or staying in hospital.
