"No call no show!"
"MasTec has horrible customer service and does not follow-up with customers. The tech dropped and broke our TV during installation. He immediately alerted me. His supervisor was suppose to follow-up for a replacement. To date (31 Aug 2021), the supervisor has not made contact with me. I guess he’s still on vacation which was the excuse last week. I have no issues with the technician but his supervisor should be given a written reprimand for neglecting his responsibilities."
