"If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would but unfortunately I have to leave 1. I honestly wouldn't recommend magic jewelers to anyone, they will get over on you every chance they get. I got a ring from them that gets caught to everything & when I say everything I mean EVERYTHING! N every time It got caught to something it would bend so... I went to the store and asked if they could fix it so that it wouldn't bend or get caught anymore, they stated 'no" because that's the way the ring came now here I am 3 months after my purchase & the ring is broken. I also have a chain that I got from them that snap every time I wear it they fixed it 3 times already & the last time they fixed it the chain snapped the next day."

"Brought in 14k 20” solid chain to have gold added to every link because links were wearing thin, they said would take 4 days, 2 months later it was only 1/3 done but I took it for a wedding and brought back 2 weeks later to have them finish…. A month later they say it’s done. I pick up and it’s now only 18” but weighs the same as it did when I dropped off!!! They said it’s free cause how long it took but claimed nothing is wrong because the weight is the same!! I said it should weigh more with every link being added to!! So now my chain is like a choker. Terrible customer service and I tried to reach out to owner and he wouldn’t get on the phone"

Shared my concerns to the manger and asked could I exchange or get a partial refund and he was very ARROGANT AND COCKY about the situation and their return policy and compared my charm crumbling to an car accident. All he offered was the scrap value of the gold which was not near as much as I paid for the charm"
