"Banking with the ladies at the Hawthorne branch was a very pleasant experience to say the least. Was greeted with a sincere "Hi how are you? How can we help you today?" As it was my first time there, I introduced myself and explained the services that I needed and was promptly taken care of. While there I noticed that all the employees knew the names of each customer that came in or used the drive thru from memory..... Very impressive! Everyone likes to be recognized and remembered, it makes them feel special. It's a good feeling to know you're not just another face in the crowd.
