"Just be very careful if you want to make an exchange. Because they are a front for the manufacture they claim you must provide the the certificate they provide for a refund/exchange. These are easily misplaced and if you happen to throw them out mistakenly they will not provide you with a refund or exchange. When I asked for an exception they wanted me to pay $180 per certificate. That seemed inconsistent as they first said no exchange/refund, even though their website says 100% money back guarantee. The experience of buying jewelry is Online involves tryouts. This company does not understand this concept and lack true customer empathy. Beware. Don’t patronize Agape Diamonds."

"Do NOT BUY! The diamonds are fine, their "jewelers" are very shoddy. I bought what looked like a beautiful ring, only to have the 2 carat center diamond fall out within 2 months. I took the ring to a local jeweler and they showed me where Agape didn't even put a 45 degree cut into the prongs to hold the diamond. The ring has 3 diamonds, the center stone fell out and the other side stone was loose. Substandard, shoddy work. Kailey in their customer service has been worthless. My advice, find any other actual jeweler, Agape does really poor work and doesn't stand behind their work. A wedding ring should last a lifetime, not two months and fall apart."
