"I have been pining for a specific ring for over a year. It was finally in the cards, but the only 2 rings within a 25 mile radius had very yellow center stones. I was heartbroken. As the sale was ending yesterday, I took a chance in calling this store even though it was 45 miles away. Pam answered the phone and she was beyond helpful. She sent me a photo of the ring so I could decide whether or not I wanted to drive that far to view it in person and potentially buy it. She also did something the other 2 stored had not. She offered to source multiple rings for me and if I did not like the color of the center stone, I could pick from multiple rings for the best coloration. That gesture is the sole reason I drove 45 miles to make the purchase with Pam. She was so sweet and patient with me. Even on Valentines Day with them being so busy, she really took her time with me and made sure I was getting everything I wanted in regards to the rings. I couldn't be happier and I can't wait until my rings come back from sizing!"
