"1 star is too nice. The lady at the counter strongly discouraged us from having my broken ring repaired. She asked that we drive over an hour to the Brandon location just to have the ring shipped out from there. Argued with us that it wouldn’t have to be shipped out from that location despite us experiencing six months ago that the ring had to be shipped out from the Brandon location. How can she deny what we experienced. BasicLly she did not want to do any work and process the repair. Extremely unhelpful, not polite! Waisted trip and time. Not that it matters to anyone at this location. And manager, please do not respond that you take concerns seriously because you watched the whole interaction and did nothing. Would never ever ever buy anything or give these people any business. What a rip off."

"If you have business with Kay's get there early, especially if you have a cc payment. They appearently choose their own hours and don't stay open with the rest of the mall."

All of the employees have been kind, but we've dealt with Uriel at least twice and he makes you want to return. Kay has amazing sales and I always receive compliments on my jewelry. Also, we never feel pressured to make a purchase or feel as if we are talking to a salesperson at this store. This is a great place to find your forever piece!"
