"Nice associates but hours on Website need to be updated. Says open till 8pm got there at 6:50 and doors locked associates closing up they lost sales as 3 other people were coming up to the door also. On Valentine’s Day on top of it!"

The conversation left me feeling uncomfortable with the little information she provided. SMH, customer service is not what it use to be."

I contact them and tell them we'll they say sir you haven't gotten your inspection done which isn't true at all I just got it done in November at Hamilton Place mall in Chattanooga TN at there Kay jewler location. They have no records of it so there for they can't help me. I've only had the ring 8 months."
