"We adore this place, was bummed to see its store front go, but excited for the new direction they are heading in! We had multiple orders placed several times, and they have always made it clear when product was able to be picked up, and held on to it for longer than they probably should have, with how forgetful I am. Not only did they create a wonderful product, they made sure to provide an overall amazing customer experience, from making the item all the way up to delivery of final product. Their business practices are extremely fair, customer service exceptional, products super unique."

"The fact that this business treats certain customers so poorly and is still around is puzzling. I am bewildered. I would have picked up my item but they CLOSED their doors and tried contacting ONCE to remind customer to pick up. When I could pick up the item I had *paid* for, they said it’s too late and I cannot get the item now. They lost my order and they no longer carry the life cycle item. I’m not buying it, nor can I recommend this business to anyone if you need a handmade item, there are PLENTY of kind Etsy dealers. Perhaps changing your name is in order… if you want to say “ “local” makers mercantile” that is awfully misleading when you cannot extend good customer service to locals in BVL. Horrible customer service."
"Great crafts and goods from local artists. Very clean place. Always find great gifts for everyone(kids too). My dogs also love the homemade Fur-Real dog treats they carry. Homemade soaps and more. The people there are always helpful, welcoming and nice."
