"I walked Into the Zales store on 21424, looking for a ring. There were a few people in the store. I went from case to case looking. Next I went to LensCrafters once in the greeted me “ Hi how are you, we will be with you shortly take a look around if you will just give us a few mins one of our sales person will be with you shortly, thank you. With this being said I work in customer service. No one at zales greeted me , looks like it was 2 ladies at the register that didn’t have a customer. You only get one chance to make a first impression with a customer. I will not be back matter of fact the best advertisement is to tell my family and friends how I was treated. I did have one gentleman who tried to help me as he saw nobody else would . The bottom line Zales you never really know who I was I could have been in a high management position. Always always acknowledge your customers. Rule number 1.period"
