"I ordered an arrangement online for one of my clients. I choose to upgrade the arrangement to the top tier. The online photo provided was beautiful and in the middle of the price range options, so when I upgraded I expected it to be that much and more. My clients sent me a photos of the arrangement to thank me and I was almost heartbroken because this was very important and I wanted it to be very special for them. Well….It was anything but that. The arrangement was nothing like the online image and not even close to the size that was portrayed on their website. When I called to ask what happened I was told that they added a few flowers for the upgraded. I explained to her that it was in no way comparable to the size and image they portrayed on their website. I was again told that they upgraded flowers… Well the arrangement had a few roses, 2 Gerber daisIles, very small hydrangeas and some fluff….. Not once did they try to make it right or ask if there was anything they could do. I order flowers all of the time for my clients so I expected the same level of quality but that is not what I got unfortunately. It’s especially frustrating when you are out of state and not there to see them in person and are trusting what the companies are advertising on line is actually what you are getting or better. NOT the case."

"I am a truck driver. I was away from home. Wanted them to deliver a flower to my wife. Found them through google search. Well, I guess you can tell, what I ordered and expected, and what my wife actually received it. The pictures will speak for themselves (I can’t attach the photos). I am not going to use their service anymore. If selling dozen roses are expensive to you, than do not advertise with that price in your website. I paid 66$ and my wife gets only 6-7 roses. In the picture there was about dozen or more flowers."
