"We took a $20,000 ring that had already been scored and appraised at Kirkland's jewelers in Dothan to them to see if they knew of a possible buyer. My husband took the ring in and the lady jeweler took the ring without asking to the back. The man talked to Jim about another piece that we had that was pear shape. When the lady returned the stone was swapped out with a smaller stone with a lot of carbon in it. Don't trust these THIEVES with anything. I was going to issue a warrant for their arrest but I am certain that they already erased the footage of us in the store!"

"Although I haven't added to my jewelry from their cases, the items displayed are really pretty. They do a great quality job on a range of jewelry and watch repairs. One of the repairs I was most impressed by was a one of a kind gold filigree pendant. I'd call it perfect work because you wouldn't be able to find where the work was done. I have had other jewelers decline to work on this piece due to delicacy, but Jewelry by John did just right."
