Found the problem and it was the correct part. What I respected the most was the attention they gave me and my concern. The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding. I truly appreciate them for their support. I would recommend them to anyone who has appliance issues"

"Ordered parts to fix my washer. One part was received broken. The parts were poorly packaged and loose in the box. The box was not damaged. I called GRP when I received the part to get refund for the part because I found anther part to use. They asked me to send a photo of the broken part for which I did. That was in November. It is now January and I called to find out where the refund is and they now tell me that they cant return the money. My opinion, find another part supplier. GRP is over priced and they will not take responsibility for broken part. GRP made $70 selling me a broken part."

"Not impressed! I ordered from this company because I wanted a genuine replacement part quickly. This company had good reviews online. I was suppose to receive my order in 3 days. Eight days later still no part so I contacted customer service. My representative was very curt on the phone and literally said she would have to contact the warehouse and email me what the status is and then hung up without saying bye… kiss my a**… anything. If I truly ever get my part, I will NOT be reordering."
