"You know how great it is when your printer is just WORKING, great, everything is perfect, prints are beautiful, and then one day it just all turns to krap, you can’t print anything, you get clogs, jams, etc, and you google what could be wrong for days trying to fix it yourself? Yeah stop doing that, these guys know more than you. :) They are well stocked, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. My printer went in broken, and a few days later was printing beautifully again for much less than $100. Thanks folks!"
