"Incredibly rude and unprofessional. My first experience here was great, the guy I talked to was really friendly and helpful, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. My most recent experience however was a disaster. I called ahead asking about availability and pricing of an item. I was told they would have to look up the prices and would do so when I got there. However it was close to closing so I said I would talk to them the next day. The next day I decided I didn't want to drive 40 minutes without knowing the price and called back. The man that I talked to looked up the prices and told me the price. The items were unfortunately out of my price range, I informed him of such and apologized for wasting his time. He then asked me how much I was looking to pay and I told him that before I even called him I had found them elsewhere for almost $30 less including shipping, not an insignificant amount. If the price had been even in the same ballpark I would have gladly driven and picked them up locally, but that was not the case. When I informed him of the price difference he was absolutely indignant that I had looked online before calling him. He said in a very rude tone that if I was just going to look online why did I bother calling. I was taken aback by his tone, especially as I had already apologized. He then continued berating me asking if I would call Walmart and ask their prices ahead of time to which I responded, no I would look at their prices online before I went. At this point he yelled something indecipherable at me and hung up. I will definitely not be shopping here again and will encourage others in the industry to avoid it as well."
