"Missed the payment date and check was sent to bank for funds and was received. Went to borrow again and showed proof of payment from bank from 2 days prior. Was advised by Jennifer that I was not going to be able to borrow for 7 days and that I could not borrow from anyone else either. After going to Advanced America I was told as long as they released the hold I would absolutely be able to borrow, even if we had to call the state number. Went back the next day to give Jennifer proof of payment and she advised me again I could not borrow for 7 days. Let her know I was told otherwise and magically within 5 minutes she was able to release the hold. This is not an honest way to do business. A person is already in a vulnerable position when borrowing money and to play games is unacceptable. I would go elsewhere. Also Ila there said she didn't know you could reverse that. At least she had her co worker back."

"I was recently in Fast Payday Loans on Racetrack. Normally the two wonderful ladies employed there (Jennifer & Ayla) are very friendly and professional. Today there was a customer (Karen), that was upset because she didn’t qualify to borrow as much as a elderly lady in front of her. The rude customer was belligerently speaking to Ayla as if it were her (Ayla’s) fault. I don’t know how they maintained their professionalism. I know I most definitely could not have done so. The Karen went on to make all types of Karen threats. She was still spoken to professionally and respectfully, even though she Did Not deserve it. Whatever she says about them is the result of her juvenile temper tantrum. It’s sad such people are allowed into decent society."
