"The manager was very understanding and resolved the issue...that came to be as a result of another employee a week earlier. The issue an unexpected charge of a service that I did not expect nor came in for. It lingered and bothered me all week. I did not feel that anybody would understand my issue unless they could replay the actual conversations between me and the female. I finally got feed up and went back I believe the name of the Manager was Mr.Nate, 5 min and 2 questions later i was in my car, with a few dollars more and a couple of the 8.5x11 inch sheets of the water proof paper I had first came to buy.
