"I’m missing a package. No customer support or service. They go through an entire schpeal about how we are responsible bc we didn’t have our packages set up as sign for package but even then they just dump packages at your door. We have had it set up that way but still never signed for anything. They say they reimburse but they do not. I can’t wait to move out of the apartment building I’m living so we don’t have to deal with this service anymore. A bunch of 1099 hires… how on earth are they able to handle federal property and when something goes wrong on their end take zero responsibility or account. Searching for new apartments and the first thing we ask is if they use fetch if they do we leave. Not even an option.worst “service” or best scam?"

"Fetch has lost over $300 worth of goods and six items in the last six months. I have requested to file a claim with their insurance and they have refused to provide me with the process to do so. The package was confirmed delivered by the mailing service with the name of the person they left it with at Fetch. Fetch is still refusing responsibility and leaving me out of pocket. Over 80 people in my building are required to pay Fetch $25 a month, that's $2000 a month alone the residents at Loftin Place pays them. Best case scenario I can see at this point is Greystar management finds out how unreliable Fetch is as a service and works out a new solution for their residents asap."
