"Rude & nasty! Imagine going I to a place to pick up & the person doesn't even acknowledge your presence in their place! She just plops your order down after you sit there waiting with zero interaction & walks out of the store! You can't ask a question or it pisses them off(seemingly) or they just don't want to be bothered. Possibly the worst customer service in any pizza place in Delray Beach."

"Went in for an interview the woman that interviewed me was very rude. Was coughing the whole time and wasn’t wearing a hair or face mask. Absolutely disgusting. Anyone thinking about working there don’t. I didn’t get her name but she was overweight and mean. Definitely wanted to report her for the way she treated me."

"Its unfortunate that everytime I come to this location my food is never fresh. Ive tried on 3 occasions to eat from this location and each time my pizza taste 3 days old. My pizza never taste fresh. It taste like its been sitting out all night. The last time I ordered from this location I took one bite of my pizza and threw it away. It was as hard as the box I hate spending my hard earned money on a disappointment. This location will never see me again."

"This is not the first time I've had issues here, against better judgment, I gave it another try. Placed an order for delivery and specified in instructions that I needed change for a $100. They did state that it wasn't their policy to accept that amount, bit a door dash representative called and said they would accommodate. I also understand that it is door dash not pizza hut. Driver arrived and called me while in the driveway and said he didn't have change and was going to get change and never came back. Then an employee of Pizza Hut called and informed me that the were closing in 5 minutes and my order was canceled, while on the phone another delivery guy pulled up with half the order,and again, no change. Then the employee of pizza hut offered to go the extra mile and drop off food at the end of her shift, I couldn't thank her enough and praised her attention to customer service and asked her name so I could post a very positive review, she also said my number from my order and would call and should be here in 20 minutes, awesome!!!! She never showed or even called. Called today to express my issues with manager, her only reply was, bot my problem. Would never recommend, would actually tell anyone thinking of ordering to absolutely do not!!!! Unbelievably horrible customer service, on both parts, Pizza Hut and Door dash. While they are two separate entities, Door dash represents your company. Side note, I have never done a review on line, this is my first, but I've also never encountered worse customer service, ever!"

"After several years without a proper Pizza Hut, Delray Beach finally has one again, and in a fairly convenient location. Definitely beats driving to Boynton to hit the one over there. My one gripe is this new Delray location doesn't deliver to my home, which isn't far at all. Only slightly passed Congress, going west. Still, that isn't a deal breaker, as it's not even a ten minute drive to the location. The food is what you would expect from fast food. If you want gourmet pizza, there are several other places you can go to. Pizza Hut is fast and easy. Great for parties and when you have friends over to watch football and drink a few beers. Personally, I'm a massive fan of the stuff crust pizza. Ever since it was introduced way back when, I've never ordered a pepperoni or supreme pizza that wasn't stuff crust. It's a little more expensive, but it is filling and you get your money's worth. Staff is chill from my three separate encounters. Haven't had an issue yet. Not busy or crowded. I'll definitely return in the future."
