"Two of the 4 doors would not open. I sat on hold with Jose in Customer Service in India for almost 15 minutes trying to get it to open and they could not open it. He said it was due to the heat and that can affect the locks. He was very nice. I would not recommend sending packages to this location. It seems to be in a Bus park-and-ride area and you have to be careful walking across the parking lot and bust turn around lot, in order to get to the box pick up kiosk."
